Questions You Might Have

Do I need previous experience to apply?

You need at least 12 months of experience, along with compassion, patience, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided. But you will need a EU PASSPORT to apply.

Our team guides you through everything — documents, travel planning, accommodation support, and settling in.
You won’t be doing this alone. We stay with you every step of the journey.

You don’t need perfect English.
You just need to be able to communicate clearly and comfortably.
Your communication skills will naturally improve once you’re here.

You’ll support adults with intellectual disabilities in everyday activities — like cooking, cleaning, social outings, hobbies, or learning new skills.
It’s real-life support, not medical or hospital work.

Accommodation support is available.
We help you find safe, comfortable housing close to your workplace. In most cases, the accommodation is shared with other support workers.

You will receive a stable monthly income with clear work hours.
Shifts are structured, and you’ll have regular time off each week.
Details are shared during the job offer stage so everything is transparent.
